Shop Policies
- Orders will be prepared within a week after end of pre-order date, and will be shipped the next shipping day. (I will only ship orders once a week)
- You will be sent a confirmation email with your order details and payment instructions.

- Please note that there may be delays with shop operations during holidays and weekends.Shipping
- I can only ship to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, China (except Macau), Dubai, UAE, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, USA (except Guam & Hawaii)
- I can ship via Registered Mail through the Philippine Postal Service (PhilPos: takes 2 weeks to a couple of months, has a tracking number).
- There may be shipping delays due to the pandemic. Shipping time can range from 2 weeks to a few months.
- Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have any hold on it. Lost or damage packages won’t be available for refunds or returns. The most I can do is help you track your package through PhilPost.
- I don’t accept exchanges unless I ship you the wrong item. If this happens, please email me through [email protected] with a picture of the item, and the name or email you used to order, so I can look up your order quickly and help you out!
- If your package is returned to me, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.Payment
- For international orders, I use Paypal, but please note, that there will be additional Paypal service fees.

General Terms
- These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not use your commissioned work for commercial or for-profit purposes, such as selling merch or for use on marketing materials. This also means you cannot use it for NFTs.
- You may post your commissioned work on your social media, or use it as your profile icon, as long as you do not claim that it's your own work.
- All finished commissions will include a signature or watermark that you may not remove.
- In terms of copyright, I will retain ownership of the artwork, which means I can use it on my portfolio, social media, or to promote my work or commissions.
- You get one minor revision such as color change or a small change in the line art.
- If you’d like heavier revisions, like redoing hair, or facial features, there will be an extra charge.
- Additional props or details may incur additional charges.
- You won’t get a copy of the final artwork until you pay in full.
- It will take me anywhere from a day to a month to finish your commission.
- This is a digital commission, the full resolution file will be sent to you via email or google drive link. You will not get a physical copy sent to your address.How To Request A Commission
